- The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all components of the order and to check that everything owed is included in the products included. After these 72 hours the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or failures with the shipment.
- In case of receiving a product damaged by the transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way it is convenient to leave a record to the transport company.
In accordance with current legislation, you can proceed to return products, for whatever reason, within 15 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. In order to do so, the conditions exposed in this page of conditions must be fulfilled.
The consumer and user will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
Return conditions for private customers
- Once you have filled in and sent the return form, you must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum of 15 days from the time you inform us of your wish to exercise your right.
- The transport costs incurred by the return will be at your expense. You are free to choose and look for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates.
- Once the goods have been received and proven to be in perfect condition, a refund will be made. We will refund the payment received, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive method of ordinary delivery that we offer. We will make the payment within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from exercising your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the goods we can retain the refund.
- Return of products with gift or promotion. It will be obligatory the complete return (complete pack or article + gift) to be able to proceed to the refund.
Return conditions for distributors
- We will only accept returns of material without unsealing and in perfect condition, during the 15 calendar days after receipt.
- There will not be accepted returns of products in blister or termo sealed, and rest of products that present a seal of factory of security broken.
- These conditions do not invalidate the warranty claim or exchange of defective products. WONDER ELEMENTS reserves the right to refuse the return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.
Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, as there is no law regulating the rights of return between companies, and these procedures are regulated according to the conditions of WONDER ELEMENTS.
Those cancellations of orders that imply a return to the client and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum term of 30 days for administrative proceedings, although we try that the term is not superior to 7 days.
