If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a maximum period of 15 calendar days, counting from the date you received your purchase, in order to make your return. You can do this by contacting us at email@example.com.
In the case of a return, collection costs will be at the purchaser’s expense.
To make a return, both the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition.
If you prefer that we make the package collection arrangements please notify us in advance. Otherwise, you may send your product back using your own means and paying for the postage.
Our collection service costs per return are € 5.95 within the Iberian Peninsula, € 7.95 in the Balearic Islands, € 10.95 in Portugal and € 18.95 in the Canary Islands.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouse and verify that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the reimbursement of the amount paid, according to the payment method used by the client within a maximum period of 72 hours.
