Purchasing conditions


  • Delivery times range between 24 and 72 hours. We cannot 100% guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that the delivery companies comply with them whenever possible. In rural locations far from urban centres it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.
  • Customers have 72 hours to verify that all of the components of their order have been delivered as well as to confirm that all parts of the corresponding products are included. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and the customer cannot make any claims of malfunction or errors in the shipment.
  • An order will be considered delivered when the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is during the next 72 hours when the client must verify the products and make known any problems that may exist.
  • In the case a customer receives a product that has been damaged during shipping, we recommend you contact us within the first 24 hours so we can quicily file an incident claim with the shipping company. At the same time, we recommend that customers file a separate incident claim with the shipping company themselves.


According to current legislation, a customer can return any product, for whatever reason, within 15 calendar days after the receipt of the goods. In order to do so, the conditions set forth on the Returns conditions page must be met.

Consumers and users will only be responsible for the product’s decrease in value when the product is used in an inappropriate way, such as any use that the product is not specifically designed for.

Return conditions for private customers

  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The product must be protected, and stickers, seals or adhesive tapes must not be applied directly to the surface of the product or its packaging. If the product is not returned in this condition WONDER ELEMENTS reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Once the return form is filled out and sent, customers must send the returned product without any delay (within a maximum period of 15 days from when you communicate your desire make the return).
  • Shipping costs incurred by the return will be at the customer’s expense. You are free to search for a shipping agency that best suits your needs and offers you the most competitive rates.
    Once the merchandise has been received and proven to be in perfect condition, the refund of the amount paid will be processed. We will refund the amount of the payment received, with the exception any additional shipping expenses if the customer chooses a mode of delivery that is more expensive than the ordinary delivery options we offer. We will make the payment within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from when you exercise your right to make a return. We reserve the right to retain your refund until the receipt of returned goods.
  • Return of products with a gift or promotion. The full refund (full pack or product + gift) will be required to proceed with the refund.

Return conditions for distributors

  • We only accept returns of material that has not been unsealed and is in perfect condition. Returns can be made up to 15 calendar days after receipt by purchaser.
  • Such returns will be processed as a commercial return, since there is no law that regulates the return rights between companies. For this reason, these procedures are regulated according to the conditions established by WONDER ELEMENTS.
  • Product returns in a blister or thermo-sealed will not be accepted, nor will other products whose factory security seal has been broken.
  • These conditions do not apply to the right to warranty or the exchange of defective products. WONDER ELEMENTS reserves the right to refuse the return in case of any anomaly detected in the returned product.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations that involve reimbursement to the customer via bank transfer can take up to a maximum period of 30 days due to administrative procedures, although we make an effort to ensure that this reimbursement period does not exceed 7 days.
